Miniature Herefords are smaller beef animals, (not dwarves - real beef cattle) that are ideal for small property owners to raise and slaughter their own beef without the need for heavy cattle handling equipment. Smaller beef animals allow owners to utilize smaller freezers and thereby bypassing the use of expensive butchering facilities which use large freezers to accommodate the modern 12-1400 lb. beeves.

Raise 3 Mini herefords on the same grass as 1 standard beef cow...(ie: 1 standard finishes out @ 1000# on the same grass that 3 Mini herefords finish out @ 700# each -- do the math: that's 3 @ 700# = 2100# on the same grass you produced just 1 of those 1000# steers!
Option 1: Buy your calves direct from the farm - raise yourself -enjoy your own beef!
Option 2: We sell 1/4's and sides of already raised beef...when the whole beef is sold, (all the deposits collected) we send to processing and you have approximately two weeks (we age our beef) ...we will call you to pick up your beef wrapped and packaged the way you specify! You can choose 100#, 200#, etc.
Option 3: Buy a starter package and raise your own herd! Tell us what you want -young weanlings, already exposed heifers, number of head, etc and we will put a package together for you! We have quality stock available for sell most of the year.
